Welcome to Michiganbiofuel.com |
Manufacturer of biodiesel processors and related equipment. Michigan Biofuel processor Michigan Biofuel offers custom design and manufacturing capabilities.Designed for farm and commercial sized applications. Michigan Biofuel processors are semi-automated batch processing systems. Our systems include many advantages over other designs: All process tanks are constructed of either steel or stainless steel to avoid any possibility of plastic, fiberglass or polyethylene tank failures. Process tanks, methanol-lye mix tanks and wash tanks are all equipped with motor driven agitators, ensuring constant accurate mixing and a quality finished product. Temperature controls are provided on both the process tanks and the wash tanks to ensure complete reactions time after time. All system components such as temperature controls, motor pumps, timers, etc. are designed into each system and are standardized allowing for system expansion and readily available replacement parts.
- Our units incorporate low energy consumption insulated processing tanks that can be equipped with either electric heating elements and/or hydronic boiler type water to water heat exchangers. In many cases both hydronic and electric heating systems are incorporated into each processor to maximize process heating capacity.
Michigan Biofuel process systems can readily achieve higher output by adding additional wash tanks. This allows multiple batches to be processed in the same reaction tanks and increases production output of the system. Our biodiesel processors can also be equipped with a finish filtration system comprised of one 30 micron and one 10 micron wix filter. Michigan Biofuel processors unique design will allow you to process waste vegetable oils, waste cooking grease as well as new virgin oils such as soybean oil, corn oil, peanut oil, canola oil, cottenseed oil and sunflower oils. If you are interested in a versatile biodiesel processing system you owe it to yourself to look at Michigan Biofuel processors. Without any outside financial assistance, Michigan Biofuel was formed, and built the first mid sized biodiesel fuel processing plant in northern Michigan! |
